Delivery & Returns
Goods must be sent to Credit Card holders address. Orders may be delayed if delivery address differs from Card Holders.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 5 days from the date of your order before contacting us at hisat@hisat.com or by post at the normal address (see our contact page), in case delivery has been delayed.
In the unlikely event that a product is defective on delivery
or damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP - sign for goods as Unchecked or reject the delivery contact us at hisat@hisat.com within 7 days
of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged other than as a result
of your negligence or willful misconduct, you may arrange for its return to
us in accordance with our Returns Policy and we will either:
(a) repair or
replace the product, or part of it; or
(b) refund the purchase price and cost
of return postage at your discretion.
If the product is not found to be faulty then these costs will pass back to you and you may be refunded for the product less, not less than 5 GBP , or more than 30 GBP and usually 10% of the value of the goods + VAT where appropriate.
If you return an item for repair or replacement and you subsequently abandon the item - ownership of the item will revert to HISAT - if you refuse or forget to pay where appropriate for the goods to be returned then a charge will be made for storage of your item equal to 10% of it's value starting 3 weeks after we contact you - this charge will rise by a further 10% of the value for each subsequent week therefore after 3 weeks and 10 weeks (13 weeks total) have passed the items ownership will revert to HISAT if still unpaid and we will dispose of your item as we see fit.
We warrant that the product will, at the time of delivery, correspond to our description of them.
